Soggiornare presso il Trullo di Ettore a Locorotondo è stata un';esperienza bellissima. Ettore è un host molto disponibile ed empatico. A'occorrenza sempre presente, Il trullo è arredato molto bene e soprattutto è stato ristrutturato mantenendolo in tutta la sua originalità. La parte esterna del trullo è bellissima, viverlo esternamente è la parte più bella della vacanza. Il tavolo enorme sotto il pergolato con davanti il barbecue, le griglie e il lavandino rende tutto molto comodo e famigliare. La piscina è molto grande e raggiunge i 2mt di profondità. Disponibilità di lettini, asciugamani per piscina, asciugamani bagni e stoviglie in quantità più che sufficienti. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente torneremo. Abbiamo soggiornato molto comodamente in 6 persone.

We hebben een fantastisch week doorgebracht met ons gezin (5 volwassenen) in de trulli van Nicla.. Gelegen tussen de olijfbomen met zicht op de zee proef je het echte Pu!glia. De accommodatie biedt alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen, Heerlijk koken of bbq'en en genieten van de ondergaande zon in een must! Het zwembad is een heerlijke aanvulling. Vanuit deze plek kun je diverse leuke stadjes en plekjes ontdekken in de buurt. Nicla is altijd bereikbaar en heeft diverse nuttige tips. Kortom een uitstekende keuze

Siamo rientrati a casa con molta nostalgia. Il Trullo è stato veramente perfetto e abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per noi e per la bimba di 14 mesi. Anche il transfer e l'auto a noleggio con il signor Grottaglie ha funzionato alla perfezione. Abbiamo conosciuto persone cordialissime ovunque oltre che a luoghi meravigliosi. Il signor Giuseppe e sua moglie e anche la signora Ilaria sono persone gentilissime . Grazie anche a Lei signora Nicla per averci aiutato nel noleggio e per il seggiolino auto. Prezioso il suo contributo.

Un posto meraviglioso, non ci sono altre parole per descriverlo. Totale connessione con la natura, la vista mozzafiato sulla vallata fino al mare, la gentilezza e la passione di Nicla, l’energia avvolgente che si respira, la bellezza del trullo… è un posto magico. Siamo stati benissimo. Abbiamo visitato tanti borghi, siamo stati al mare ma il rientro al trullo ci rendeva sempre felici. E che dire della calda accoglienza di Nana e Nerone i due pelosi coccoloni? Ci manca tutto e ci torneremo.

we had a wonderful stay at this trullo located not far from Castellana Grotte. Very quiet. Big garden with olive trees and cherry trees. It was cherry season so we could enjoy eating them directly from the tree. nice swimming pool. staying in a trullo is a really unique experience, very pleasant. we felt at home. very comfortable. we miss the peace and quiet from the place. So nice to be able to see the starry skies at night. hope to stay there again

You know a place has well and truly grabbed you by the heart strings when you travel 16,000 kms as the crow flys to get there. Not once, but twice. And we leave this morning full of hopes and dreams and goals there will be a next time. Poised atop the hills hugging Fasano, and looking out over fruit orchards and olive groves to the Adriatic in the distance, this trullo has been brought back to life by its owners with the love on show in ever single place. you care to stop and gaze. We alternate between hangs at home (yes, that’s how it feels to us) and day trip adventures to other villages near and far - Locorontondo, Martina Franca, Matera, Monolpoli, Bari, Alberobello and more. For two weeks, we slide into a slower pace of being, luxuriating in summer days which begin before 5am and last until 8pm when the sun finally sets to the west of the trullo.; we stock up at the local market and feast on figs and cherries dripping from the trees on the property. We walk into the local. village and pick up the local bombette - fine rolls of beef filled with cheese, or pancetta, or both -from a reknown butcher and grill them over hot coals, glass of local white in hand as we look out towards the sea. Some mornings we head out to pick up ricotta made overnight to eat with fresh figs we’ve picked from trees footsteps from the back door, grilled with local honey and pancetta cured by the butcher less than a kilometre away. We’re in the midst of it all if we want to be, or treated to days spent in utter, total, seemingly isolated bliss if we wish to be. At night, we sleep under the conical trullo roof, and just wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. This trullo has been exquisitely restored, with complete respect to its origins, and furnished and styled with care and love. The kitchen it’s hesrt, and we can’t imagine anyone not wanting to hang around it’s over 100 year old marble table, passed on to the owner by her grandmother, enjoying a local wine and taralle, while preparing dinner. It’s hard to leave. Every day we’re there. It’s that special. On our last morning we spend the last hour in the pool, every fibre of our being wishing we could stay.. In love with Puglia - that is what we are since the first time we have been to this beautiful piece of earth. Even more excited we were when we booked Trullo di Marella for the first time this September. But wow - when we arrived our expectations - based on the fotos on the website - were exceeded for sure. Everything in the house and outside was arranged with so much love for details, nothing was missing, everything was tidy and clean. So from the very first minute we felt home. We also like the location of the Trullo as it is really quiet there but at the same time you are close to Cisternino, Martina Franca or Locorotondo. We had a fantastic experience! The trullo was even more beautiful in reality than in the picture! (and I can ensure you that normally it is the same). Everything (indeed any detailed) was well prepared, with attention and love!, including the vegetable garden . And the best part was the hosts: Fabio and Ilaria have been invisible but very present when needed. It has been always really pleasant to have a chat with them from time to time. Ho soggiornato con la famiglia nella Settimana dal 13 al 20 agosto. Esperienza molto positiva per il totale relax che offre la struttura ben gestita dalla Sig.ra Nicla, gentile e disponibile. Vigne di Salamina offre massima privacy e un panorama suggestivo. Vacanza che consiglio per chi vuole trascorrere giornate immerse nella natura e lontane dal caos cittadino.
